LAST MAN STANDS WEBSITE ENHANCEMENTS

 

Over the past few months there have been noticeable changes to the LMS website. We are constantly looking to update and enhancement the website and add more and more features to tickle your fancy. Most noticeable at this stage are the changes to the player profiles, team profiles and player searches.

Player Profile (Click for Live Example)

The initial player profile page has been restructred to increase accessibility to player stats. You will notice from the page that:-

• Career Summary,Career History, Team Fixtures, Batting Profile, Bowling Profile and Keeping Profile have been given preference over players Personal Details.
• Player Personal Details is now a drop down feature. If you click on the 'Personal Details' link it will drop down the players personal details.
• The best feature is that your World Batting Rank,World Bowling Rank,Career Runs and Career Wickets are at the top of the player's page for ease of reference. In future these stats will be upragded to provide you with more stats at your finger tips.

Team Profile (Click for Live Example)

Of all the pages, the Team Profile page has undergone the biggest change.

• Trophy History, Summary, Fixtures, Results,Batting stats and Bowling Stats are now readily available at the top centre of the page.  
• A teams Top 3 Batsman and Top 3 Bowlers are also automatically listed.
• The Team's next ficture now also appears on the main page.

Player Searches

In the initial stages of the website launch the search feature would not pull up the team a player plays for. This has since been updated so that when you search for a player profile, the team the player last played for is listed next his/her name.

All in all these enhancements have been added to provide players more direct access to aspects that mean the most - Stats! In the coming months there will be new enhancements through out the website, so dont forget to keep an eye out on the Global News for more updates.
