If you sign up to any Last Man Stands league or make any purchases you will, be subject to the then current conditions of sale that apply to all such purchases ("conditions of sale"). You will be asked to confirm your agreement to the conditions of sale prior to making any purchases. These Terms and Conditions are additional to and should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy.

All brand, product and service names used in the site are (unless otherwise stated) the trademarks, trade names or service marks of Last Man Stands or other parties to which they refer. You may not distribute products or offer services under or by reference to or otherwise use or reproduce any such trademarks, trade names or service marks without the prior written permission of the LMS.

Paying Match Fees Any team that commits to playing a Last Man Stands' league is liable in full for all the matches scheduled for that league. If you are unsure of how many match fees you are liable for, the onus is on the team organiser to find out from Last Man Stands. Any outstanding payments will be passed on to debt collectors and the information passed onto the regions respective Credit Bureau for listing.

Playing Last Man Stands 

Last Man Stand's will not be held liable for any injuries or damages that occurs to you, or your team member or a 3rd party while playing Last Man Stands. Neither are any of the facilities that Last Man Stand’s hires for the use of playing Last Man Stands liable for any damages or injuries that may occur.
