Super Series Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LMS SUPER SERIES EVENTS
These terms and conditions form part of the official entry into a LMS Super Series Event. By entering and/or participating in a LMS Super Series event you consent to these terms and conditions.
1.) PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
The organiser will provide the names of players that are eligible to enter the Super Series draft. The organisers decision is final on the list of players. To enter the draft eligible players must pay a small confirmation fee.
If an eligible player pays the confirmation fee and is not drafted the confirmation fee will be returned to them in full no later than 28 days after the end of the Draft. If an eligible players pays the confirmation fee and is drafted but then unable to play in the Super Series event they will not have their confirmation fee returned to them unless a suitable replacement player can be found.
2.) Prizes
The prize money from an LMS Super Series event will be paid directly to the winning Team Owner unless otherwise agreed. The Team Owner is under no obligation to pay a fee to the players from the team.
Players from the winning team, will need to cover their own travel arrangements to participate in the next World Champs.
3) GENERAL TRAVEL
All drafted players are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs in relation to the Super Series.
4.) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Super Series players agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations contained in the links below:
In the event that there is a contradiction between the Rules and Regulations and the terms and conditions contained herein, then these terms and conditions shall apply.
Players acknowledge and accept that cricket can be a dangerous sport and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability, loss or damage, including property damage, can occur. Players accept these risks. By participating in the Super Series players, hereby irrevocably indemnify the organiser, its franchises, Super Series team owners, directors, employees and third party agents against all loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, injury and or death, costs including legal costs. The Organiser will not be held liable for any injuries or damages (consequential or otherwise) that occurs to players during the Super Series Event. Look after yourselves and each other.
6.) GENERAL
All Super Series players consent to the organiser utilising any photographs, video footage or the like in its social media posts, marketing media or equivalent in perpetuity, across the world and without consideration.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend any of the aforementioned terms and conditions at any stage including the dates of the Super Series Event, its structure, fixtures, prizes and/or venue. It is the responsibility of the players to ensure that they remains up to date with amendments.
