Last Man Stands takes the issue of privacy very seriously and we are committed to protecting and respecting our users' privacy.

The Information We Collect
Registration: When you register with Last Man Stands, we ask for your name, surname, mobile number and email address only.
Optional Profile Fields once registered: Once you are registered you have the ability to fill in extra fields about yourself eg. postcode, nationality, date of birth, gender. We reserve the right to add or remove these fields to improve experience & / or in accordance with any legal requirements.
Information We Automatically Track: While on our site, we automatically log certain information about how you're using our site. This information may include the URL that you just came from, your IP address and the pages you visit while on our site, If your browser is set up to accept them, we also use a feature known as a cookie. Where Your Information is Stored
Your information is stored on our secure server. By using our site, you consent to this transfer. Last Man Stands takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We don't delete accounts even, in the inactive accounts, unless requested to do so. Players love their stats, long after their playing days are over. We hold on to your records whether they are personal records or world records. If you hold a world record, we will be able to delete your personal details on the database, but the LMS stats record will remain.

2 Playing & Officiating Last Man Stands
Paying Match Fees
Game fees must be paid prior to any match being played. Any team that commits to playing in a Last Man Stands' league is liable in full for all the matches scheduled for that league in a season. If you are unsure of how much match fees you are liable for, please ask your Last Man Stands league manager.
In the event of rained out games or any games that can not take place for whatsoever reason, your league manager at his/her discretion may either postpone the matches to a later date or issue a refund to the teams statement; a league manager may apply a credit on the team statement, or a cash refund at their discretion; any discounts previously awarded in such instance will be null and void. No shows and/or cancellations by a team will mean a penalty fee imposed of the cost of the combined fixture fee of both sides. We don't expect it to come to this, however please note any outstanding payments will be passed on to debt collectors and the teams information passed onto the regions respective Credit Bureau for listing. Teams that fail with payments will also have all match results reverted to 50-0 at the league managers discretion and LMS further reserves the rights to suspend your side, its statistics and players from any form of LastManStands league or event until payment of arrears has been made. The team organiser/s shall be held liable for any and all outstanding game fees should the team fail to pay same. Should a side withdraw from the league before the end of the season, then in such instance the team shall be liable for the remaining fixture fees.
Indemnity
Players, including the legal guardian of the minor child, umpires and officials hereby irrevocably indemnifies and keeps indemnified Last Man Stands, its franchises, venues, directors, employees against all loss (consequential or otherwise), damage to property, injury and or death, costs including legal costs, interest and expenses which may arise from participating in Last Man Stands match.
Players and teams, including the legal guardian of the minor child, umpires and officials hereby irrevocably indemnifies and keeps indemnified Last Man Stands, its franchises, facilities/venues, directors, employees and third party agents against all loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, injury and or death, costs including legal costs, interest and expenses which Last Man Stands, its franchises, directors, employees and third party agents may hereafter be held liable for, pay, incur or sustain in connection with any action, proceedings or claim being instituted against it by any party whomsoever, including the legal guardian of the minor child, directly or indirectly arising from or related to the use of all Last Man Stands facilities and or activities in respect of all players involved in the above mentioned team including all minors.
It is expressly agreed that Last Man Stands, its franchises, directors, employees and third party agents in its sole discretion may resolve any action, proceedings or claims instituted against it and all teams including the legal guardian shall abide and perform accordingly.
With regards to the transmission of communicable diseases, including Covid-19, but not limited to this particular disease, the players and team organiser/s, hereby irrevocably indemnifies and keeps indemnified Last Man Stands, its franchises, facilities/venues, directors, employees and third party agents against all loss (consequential or otherwise), disease and or death, costs including legal costs, transmission of COVID-19 at any Last Man Stands match or field where Last Man Stands is played and that by agreeing to play Last Man Stands we waive certain rights that may exist and that I may otherwise have against Last Man Stands and others.
Last Man Stands: Limitation of Liability
Last Man Stands will not be held liable for any injuries nor damages (consequential or otherwise) nor disease that occurs to you, or your team member, your property or that of a 3rd party while playing or officiating in a Last Man Stands match. Neither are any of the facilities/venues that Last Man Stands hires for the use of playing Last Man Stands liable for any damages or injuries that may occur. It is up to the team & its members to decide whether or not the field, weather or any facilities are too dangerous to continue play.
All teams are required to carry a first aid kit on them that can be used in the event of an injury and have emergency numbers on hand.
All players must carry their own sanitizer and ensure that they self screen before attending a match for symptoms of Covid-19, as determined by their local health authority.
Last Man Stands will not be held liable for any illness, injuries, damage to property or persons , due to an 'act of god' (force majeure.)
Users 16 and under
If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to Last Man Stands website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
The Spirit of Cricket and LMS Player Code of Conduct

Team or Player Suspension/Withdrawal/Removal from a Tournament.
Last Man Stands reserves the right to suspend, withdraw the offer of a spot or remove a team / player from a league or tournament, without notice or reason, at our sole discretion. This action may be taken if we determine, in our judgement, that the team's activities or conduct violates these Terms and Conditions, is inconsistent with our policies or poses a risk to other teams or players.
No Obligation to Provide a Reason
In exercising our right to suspend, withdraw or remove a team / player, we are not obligated to provide notice or reasons for our decision. We may choose to do so at our discretion, but it should not be assumed or expected.
Consequences of Suspension/Withdrawal/Removal
If a team or player is suspended, withdrawn or removed from our platform, the team and its members may lose access to certain features, data or content associated with our services. We shall not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of such a suspension, withdrawal or removal.
Right to Appeal
If a team/player believes that its suspension, withdrawal, or removal was made in error or wishes to appeal the decision, they may contact us with a formal request. However, the final determination on whether to reinstate the team/player rests solely with us, and our decision in such matters shall be final.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.

Profile picture uploads must not infringe on any third party Intellectual Property rights and you represent and warrant that you own the profile picture posted. Any images uploaded to our website by you, may be used by Last Man Stands. Any images uploaded that LMS deem inappropriate, will be removed from the website.
