The Franchise Process
4 Easy Steps to owning your own LMS Franchise!
1. Request for Information
Complete this expression of interest Franchise Application Form (Africa, Aus, UK, Nz, Zim, Asia, M East, North America , South America, West Indies ). This form will assist us in terms of understanding your interests and qualifications.
Once you have filled in the application please send an e-mail to Franchise@LastManStands.com letting us know about your application.
2. Checks, NDA, Feedback and Meeting
We will work through your application and if we believe you have the skill set, time and passion required to run a LastManStands franchise we will ask you sign this NDA, and call or email you to arrange a meeting to find out more about you and /or your organisation. It would also be an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you have on the LMS concept. You need Adobe reader in order to download the NDA, this can be found here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/)
After the meeting an e-mail will be sent to you with full disclosure of information on the franchise business model.
3. Acceptance of Contracts
If after step 2 above, both parties are keen to move forward we will ask you to make an intial deposit. This would be to cover admin / legal costs of the putting the franchise agreement together. The franchise agreement would then be sent to you.
Upon recieving the franchise agreement you have 14 days to read through it and ask questions.Should you wish to accept the contract the franchise agreement can then be signed on the 15th day (i.e. 15 days after recieving it).
4. Installation and Training
Once the contracts have been signed and the payments have been completed you will recieve a copy of the LMS Operations manual. You will recieve a LMS e-mail address and your own home page for your franchise on the LMS website. You will be given usernames and passwords to update your section of the website and sports management system. You will be required to pass an online test to ensure you have read the operations manual and all the rules. Franchises will need to attend a half day training course before running their first league.
