Terms & Conditions for all the above accommodation:

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• All prices are valid only for the dates required, are based on per room, per night charge and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Deposit/Payment Policy – All group bookings must be pre-paid. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required per booked room at the time of booking. Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• A service fee of 2% will be charged for payment by credit/debit card including Amex. Diners is not accepted.
• Cancellation Policy - cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made between receiving deposits and and thirty (30) days prior to arrival will forfeit deposits. Cancellations made between thirty (30) days and arrival may be charged full accommodation costs.
