The next T20 cricket season, starts soon. We have 4 leagues starting across the City (to get directions see venues). The winners of each League will play in a Champions League knock out. The winner of the Champions League Knock Out Winner & runner up will also qualify for the 2008 ICWC.

Each league will have a semi-finals & finals.
Sargent Peppers dominated Last Man Stands' Johannesburg cricket leagues in the last season. They won both Old Eds leagues they entered, and no one can deny they were the best team in the city! As such they have qualified for the 2008 ICWC where the prize money is R20 000.00 for the March Tournament (SA) and +/- R50 000.00 for the September tournament (UK).
All skippers need to register their TEAM as we have a new database. Please could also register your squad online. Once this has been done, a Registration fee of R500 will need to be paid into our account. This secures your entrance to a league and once this has been paid we will assign you into a league. Each team will receive 8 FREE Shirts, this will help you get those needed Bonus Points.
Match Fees remain a meagre R480 per game (R60/player x 8), this covers the hire of the ground, cricket ball, umpire and "stats & rankings online". Only the FINALS are FREE of charge. This is a lot chaeper than a signing up with the Joburg Country Club, and twice as FUN!
If you help us sign up two teams or more, your 1st MATCH FEE's in the new season (provided the introduced cricket teams play out the season, and pays all debts). This only applies to new teams that you introduce.
